Zara Jamshed (they/them) is a Technical Assistance Specialist with California’s Solar on Multifamily Affordable Housing (SOMAH) program at GRID Alternatives working to bring the economic and environmental benefits of solar energy to the state’s low-income renters. They are an engineer, GIS enthusiast, and peer-to-peer social justice educator. Zara is currently working on their debut full-length poetry collection.
