Since 2013, CELI’s signature Fellowship has trained more than 1,465 professionals across the U.S., equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and networks needed to lead an equitable, decarbonized, and resilient energy future. Designed for working professionals, the Fellowship provides structured learning and mentorship while fostering collaboration across sectors and disciplines.
Developing Community
Building a Diverse and Inclusive Network
CELI is more than a training program—it’s a growing community of changemakers. We’ve engaged over 600 employers and supported more than 250 early explorers through internships and energy literacy programming, cultivating a multiracial, diverse, and inclusive network that works collectively toward clean energy solutions. This collaborative community ensures our Fellows, alumni, and partners stay connected long after the program ends.

From skill-building workshops and policy deep dives to networking happy hours, book clubs, and dinners, CELI events are designed to spark conversation, share expertise, and create meaningful connections. With more than 6,500 professionals engaged through programming nationwide, CELI continues to hold space for critical conversations and cross-sector collaboration that drives the clean energy movement forward.
