Richard is a Program Manager for Franklin Energy where he manages the implementation of utility energy efficiency programs for Commercial, Industrial, and Public sector customers. Since 2012, he has lived in four countries on three continents and is working to adapt to life back in the USA. Richard loves to cook and share food, play music, and is planning to build himself a pottery studio.

Sean Baur is the Engineering Manager for GlidePath Power solutions, where he works on interconnection, engineering, procurement, and regulatory activities for a portfolio of over 1.5GW of development-stage energy storage and generation projects throughout the USA. In between all of that, he spends his time cooking, traveling, and showing people pictures of his very adorable dog.

Project Manager, 360 Energy Group
Taylor is a Project Manager for 360 Energy Group where she manages a utility program that delivers free lighting products to facilities located in disadvantaged communities. Taylor also is the founder of a sustainability and fashion blog entitled The Girl in the Green Skirt. Taylor enjoys traveling (anywhere with a beach), snorkeling, and volunteering in her community!

Theresa Carroll
Attorney, Clean Law PC
Theresa is an attorney with Clean Law PC, a boutique law firm representing renewable energy developers and operators. Her work focuses on providing real estate and contractual legal support for utility-scale wind, solar, and energy storage projects. Theresa came to renewable energy law by way of a past life practicing insurance coverage, general litigation, and maritime law. Theresa loves to garden, is an aspirational urban homesteader, and is a proud mama to three kids under the age of five.
Tomás de'Medici
Tomás de'Medici is the Co-Chair of the Chicago Community Trust's Young Leaders Fund, a volunteer grantmaking fund for emergent non-profits now in its 25th year. He also chairs the Environmental Law & Policy Center's Next-Gen Advisory Council, and played an instrumental role in securing the first REC for an Illinois Solar for All Low-Income community solar project in ComEd territory. In September he will start graduate school at Northwestern University to earn a MS in Energy & Sustainability from the McCormick School of Engineering.
