Will Hanley

Manager, Project Finance at Stem, Inc.

Will Hanley is a Manager of Project Finance for Stem, Inc. He supports the financial components of developing, constructing, and operating energy storage projects. Prior to Stem, his work included documentary filmmaking, consulting, and government policy. He is both an avid gardener and surfer.

Finance Associate, Pattern Energy Group

Wes is a Finance Associate with Pattern Energy Group, where his day-to-day activities include economic valuation analysis, M&A activity and commercial transaction support for renewable energy projects. He has experience developing and financing utility-scale wind, solar and transmission projects across the US, Mexico and Japan. In his free time, Wes enjoys cycling, playing volleyball and (attempting to) perform improv comedy. Wes grew up in Taipei and received his undergraduate degree from Northwestern University in Chicago.

Wade Higgins

Wade Higgins

Field Service Manager, FreeWire Technologies

Wade is the Field Service Manager and an Associate Product Manager for FreeWire Technologies, where he repairs energy storage and EV charging units and helps design the next generation of EV charging infrastructure that will be as ubiquitous as gas stations.

Wade is a Stanford and Lewis & Clark educated E-mobility focused entrepreneur with strong interpersonal, analytical, strategy, marketing & finance skills and a background in autonomous & electric vehicles, EV infrastructure and energy storage applications. Wade has held roles in business development, customer experience, product management, strategy, field service, fleet management, marketing and sales and thrives in ambiguous, time-constrained environments working with complex electrical and mechanical systems, bridging any gaps between business and engineering.

In his free time, Wade rebuilds EVSEs, works on cars (both ICE & electric), runs an EV rental car company, manages and plays for the Palo Alto Ducks men's club lacrosse team, and enjoys trips to Napa wine country, summer beach trips to Tahoe and spending time with his friends and family.
